12 Dimensions Critical Reflection

12 Dimensions Critical Reflection
PART 1:-

1.      Growth.

Growth is one of the interesting topics that I want to describe, growth means that if you were a manager of a company and you wanted to invest either on the people to educate them on how to do their best at work so you could make the company grow or buying materials such as modern technologies to improve the incoming and less spending money on people instead.

2.      Relationship.

Situational or universal, relationship has two polarities. Situational means when I’m at work do I hang out with friends from work or its only at work. In the other hand, universal is when you let you friends in your personal life, for example, my friends at work are my friends everywhere i go.

3.      Destiny.

Directive is when you have the control over your future and what you want to do at any time, however directed is the opposite of directive, it’s when there’s another source controlling your life.

4.      Expression.

Conceal or reveal, the word itself explain what do they mean, therefore conceal is when you hide your feeling toward some people in your life. Although reveal is that you like to be clear and not hiding your feeling and you are able to share them with anyone.

PART 2:

Regarding to what I’ve been informed about the dimensions that I chose, and the comparison between myself and the group, I learnt and knew a lot about my personality. So for growth I agreed with the result it gave me, because people who need to be invest on to improve our lives. Humans are who live and run this planet not machines and technology.

Relationship is a complicated one, you’ll have to choose wisely who to go out with or spend some time with. I agree with the result because it shows I love to stick with my childhood friends, but still manage my time to spend time with my workplace friends.

Destiny is talking about my life choices, so I agree with the result because I want to make my own decision in my life so I don’t regret them and be the only person to be responsible about the consequences.

Expressions are important in our lives and we need to know who to share them with, and for the results I agree with the result because it simply explained my feelings to who I share and why, so I’m a concealer one.

Part 3:

I’m satisfied about the results that I got in the questionnaire, and I don’t think it will change soon because I’m happy and enjoying life, although not all of them will be the same, because people go through many good and bad situations in real life and things would change. What I think about my dimensions results are great and I don’t want to change them soon, and also I love the way I’m living which explains why I don’t want to change any of the dimensions.

Exercise #1

I don't like what they are doing to the bulls. However, every country has its own traditional culture May years ago and they still doing what they find it heritage for their country.  it's also a dangerous festival for animals as well as the humans, many people were killed and injured. Although they seem that they are having fun which makes it more complicated.

Every country has it own proudness and would like to keep their culture stay on their minds and go on for many years, so we can't judge people about what they think is a representative to their country.
